On a small holiday park, six holiday cottages are located. The houses have four bedrooms, a living room with its own kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The houses are right next to the Leudal nature reserve, and there is plenty of outdoor space for a campfire or a BBQ. Most of the sounds you hear are the birds singing you awake. Houses are clean and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is clean but slightly dated. The houses are a great base for a bike ride, a walk or the activities on the Maasplassen in Roermond. This is a fantastic water sports area where you can rent a boat.

A connecting door separates the apartments, allowing them to be used as a single apartment. The house is suitable for four adults and two children. The children sleep on a sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms.
